While the receptionists are kind and friendly, the doctors seem to be very inadequate. Ive went in with health concerns and one nurse practioner quicky dismissed my concerns and said it was no big deal. I went in again after being exposed to covid and having symtoms. Tested positive. Its been a week and I am still waiting on medication to treat covid.

Love my daughters nurse practitioner but the front desk that books the appointments needs to learn how to schedule appointments accordingly. Always have to wait and appointment was at 1:45 today and it’s after 4:00 and still here. Everyone coming out is complaining. 🙁
