Pat Plumbing replaced our sewer line. Clayton was very professional and finished in a timely fashion. Andre checked the line first and showed us the problems. When Andre gave us the estimate, he wasn't pushy, just gave us options to think about. When the job was done, my yard was leveled, and ready for seeding. I would definitely recommend Pat Plumbing. Their customer service was excellent!

I honestly have no idea how fair the price was. It seemed a little high for how long the work took, but it did require replacing two parts (and I have no idea how much those parts might cost). Nonetheless, the repairman (young kid) was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did a good job of explaining everything along the way. Very satisfied with the quality of service.

Great place with the best service & the guys who come out are very personable. They tell you who is coming ahead of time.
I have had them repair water heater, replace broken outdoor spigot, service a/c & furnace, repair leaking pipe and today they replaced my garbage disposal. Fast response, Always on time & explain everything well. We are pleased with them and they do EVERYTHING!report this review -

Contacted Pat the Plumber regarding a furnace that stopped working. Tyler came to the house for a heat system check and found a lot of rust on my 38 year old furnace. He said that he could replace parts and also contact John Merckling for another opinion and other options. Met with John and discussed a new furnace. John worked with me on a price for a new furnace within my budget. Both Tyler and John were polite, professional and provided explanations and choices. I would highly recommend Pat's for your service needs!

I am beyond satisfied with this company. I have had several issues this past month and have been calling around the city getting quotes. Every business I called couldn't answer any of my questions, weren't knowledgeable at all and were downright rude acting as if I was wasting their time. I called Pat Plumbing and spoke with Brandon who was not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable even though he isn't a technician and was able to answer all my questions and scheduled an appointment for me the next morning. The technician, Tyler, was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as well! His service blew me out of the water. He explained everything that was going on, gave me several options, and signed me up for their amazing Service Partner which has SO many benefits by itself! My issue was fixed in under an hour and I finally have heat!
From now on, Pat Plumbing, Heating and Air will be my go-to company!!report this review -

Pat the plumber customer care called and we had a nice conversation about their goals towards their customers and how their pricing works. They did an excellent job at my home and their concerns with my satisfaction were greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend their services to friends and family, and use them again myself.

I sent an email , one evening, to schedule an appt. I got a call back first thing the next morning. Very nice and accommodating to my schedule! Seth came out and was very friendly and answered all my questions. Took very little time and reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Over the past few months Pat the Plumber has exceeded all my expectations. Brandon, Torey, Clayton, and now John have not only been exceptionally professional, but more importantly honest , straightforward and the type of individuals I personally like to associate myself with. Great company! Pat and John came over and scoped out our situation. We had a great time talking and becoming friends. It feels like a real personal bond was established. We have had them do service work before and were always well pleased. This time was in greater depth. We look forward to enjoying the fruits of their labors in restoring our HVAC infrastructure. I highly recommend them!!!

We have used Pat the plumber heat & air for 2 major jobs. The 1st was a complete replacement of all our water pipes including outside faucets. This last one was for a new heater and air conditioner package. On both major jobs we received intelligent and personable service men who know their job, explain everything requiring it, are courteous and respectful and clean up after themselves. Pat even came to show and explain our options for the climate packages. We couldn't be more pleased with this company and why we go to them for our needs and repairs. We trust them and their knowledgeable staff.

The initial contact with Pat the Plumber folks over the phone and the technician was very professional / positive. When I saw the technician drive up with an awesome new truck I was WOW'd.
I explained that I'd like the gaskets replaced on my 2 outside faucets in addition to installing a new shower faucet setup in my bathroom. I already had the wall opened and access was easy. The technician went back to his truck to develop an estimate (great idea). It took about 25 minutes and when he came back he presented 3 options. At this point he lost me with his first estimate of around $1200.00. After that I decided I couldn't afford these guys and I really think I can either do the job myself or I will find another plumber who can do the work for a more realistic price. The other options weren't much better. His big pitch was that he wanted to rebuild everything and the work was guaranteed (which I assumed before hand).

Great service. They stand by their work. Techs were friendly and knowledgeable. They even put covers on their shoes and over the wheels on their equipment to protect our carpet.also they were the cheapest price for snaking our main sewer line.

quick response after I left an email, came out the next day and did absolutely fantastic service. I never felt like they were trying to sell me products or service I didn't need. The email communication and the service rep's updates on what was being done were excellent. Definitely recommend.

Pat the Plumber did a great job for me. Connie the receptionist was great to work with and got me scheduled quickly. The tech Chris was outstanding. Knew his business, got to work and got the job done. He explained what he was going to do and kept me informed of his progress. They all did a great job for me and if I need electric work I will call them again and ask for Chris to do the work.
