The best hcc of all hcc's
This college is a right choice for anyone to start their career or want to go further in academic journey. It was a small school with various campuses throughout the Tampa Bay Area, offer several options for class location and courses. Also, it comes with a fair tuition fee, excellent teachers, small-size classes, and advisors who were really helpful. Got accepted quickly and got out with a right amount of knowledge. As long as you never give up, you are going to open many opportunities in your life. I got into an excellent senior college after earning an Associate degree here. The facilities, the lab equipment were sufficient and usable. There were three things that I did not enjoy, however, were gym hours (open only 2 or 3 days each week), poor choices of food, and lack of activities.
Each campus is a little different, but the ones I've been to are all pretty good. No real complaints about the school. They make everything pretty clear.
Could someone tell me how their Computer Programming classes are? I want to transfer there from PHSC after i receive my AS this summer.
Most of those advisors there do not care about you at all. All they're looking to do is expedite the line and get there paycheck. They wanted me to bring in my taxes to prove I am a Florida resident without informing me that theyre were other documents I could bring in to prove I am a Florida resident. I went to the Brandon campus and in a matter of 2 minutes and no documents, was proved that I am a Florida resident. They are definitely much more caring over there.
I love this college. They have a program for just about anyone. They are the most affordable in the area. They have staff that truelly care about each students individual success. They offer a chance and a start to even the students that weren't considered college bond. I'm really glad they are an option. And the only way to not be accepted is to not fill out the application.
Current student here , SP 17 , as far as the beginning experience was not so well, a lot of website errors and communication issues with staff , online classes are a nightmare , as far as in person classes , they have a very good tutoring commons at the dale mabry campus , if you do decide to come here I would keep all your paperwork together , always go in person to communicate and not via email, and don't take online classes
I've been trying to get information about going back to school, but communication is AWFUL! Often times emails are not replied to, and when I get a response, I ask a question, and they are never heard from again!
I work full time and am trying to further my education and GCC couldn't care less.
HCC is a great school and so far very Veteran friendly. I have attended most of their campuses and I find Dale Mabry to be the one that offers the most info with regards to programs and other options that the other schools may not advertise.
This place is great. A wonderful school and environment. The staff is amazing and they actually care and help you with any questions and concerns you have. The campus is very easy to navigate and the students helped me find where I was going when I first visited the school. I can wait to continue my education here to become a Nurse.
