  Not what it used to be. Price went up but half of the games don't work and the lady at the counter is obviously not that into kids so sad my daughter loved this place. It will be a long time before we go back. :(

  I don't understand the whining from the other reviewers. I bring my daughter here all the time, the people are great. You can't have udults in the bouncy house when kids are in there, the kids will get rocketed all around. All in all a great place to go to keep your child occupied and have a good time, they also serve coffee.

  Bounce area for my 2 year old granddaughter or any other toddler was not set up, only 2 staff working with 1 @ the register and 1 overseeing a birthday party, they post signs that parents can go in and assist children but this is not true, 1 employee came over and said parents could not assist . One employee assisted my granddaughters in one bounce house then left, and was rude to myself and the babies parents. 8/12/17

  Pros:
  - there are a lot of bounce houses for kids,
  - they have 2 nice ones specifically for 3 and under.
  - nice little arcade
  -Our kids had a fun time
  -price. $9 for an all day pass.
  Cons:
  - only 1 employee working. She was stressed as she had to operate the desk and the train ride at the same time.
  - there is a parents time from 10-2 where parents can accompany their toddlers on the bounce houses. The operator came over and rudely told my wife to get off because the store was too crowded there were literally 7 kids in the entire place.
  
  I feel bad giving a 3 since our kids had a good time, but disrespecting my wife in front of our toddler isn't acceptable to me. Add another employee so that your operator isn't so stressed.

  Awful! Rude staff and none of the features shown were available. The adults cant go into any of the play areas. There were no operators on duty for the "operator required" areas. Im not sure what the photos were taken of but none of the features shown are available/the same. The staff was very rude complaining about rules that were not imparted upon entry or posted. Avoid this placeit will only disappoint your child and annoy you as a parent. And the staff wouldnt let us use the changing table in the bathroom even though they werent cleaning it and again were rude.
