James was extremely patient and knowledgeable in this market. We put James through the ringer looking at every house we could. As the market become more competitive James always navigated us to the right offers and nothing that would put us out of our budget. At the same time we were able to get our house in the market and sold with in the timeframe we needed as well as got the offer we needed to move on to our new house. When my husband and I began looking for a house late last year, James already came highly recommended by at least three friends who had also purchased homes with his help. James is highly engaging, personable, and eager to help assess and find houses to fit the buyer's needs. He was willing to work through even what appeared (to us first time home buyers!) as impossible situations, and was willing to think creatively and clearly to then assist us, making sure we understood everything we wanted to know before deciding on a house. James is great at what he does, and really seems to love it too. This has proved him to be a great resource, but more importantly, a very good realtor.
