Chris Klug and Jay Wright led the team on the sale of our home in Missouri Heights. We appreciated not only their willingness to listen to our feedback whilst fine-tuning the presentation of this property, but also a consistent attention to detail throughout. We especially valued the open communication during the process and regular check-ins, if only to say hello (& hang in there!) A wonderfully professional team that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Chris Klug and his team did an excellent job of finding me the perfect Snowmass Village condo when I purchased my property, and then did an outstanding job of finding the perfect buyer when I recently sold my property. Chris’ work ethic, integrity, dedication, commitment, extensive knowledge, and positive attitude are all contributing factors for him being one of the top brokers in the Roaring Fork Valley. He is not just a businessman, he is a true gentleman and a good friend to all.

A sincere “Thank You” to Chris, Eric and Dylan for getting our home sold, in a timely manner, at a great price in a challenging and dramatically changing real estate market. Aggressively priced new listings where hitting the MLS daily and buyers had many choices with an ever-increasing inventory of homes for sale. There is no doubt that the aggressive marketing strategies employed by the Klug Team, and their detailed analysis and more importantly, understanding of the local market, set our property apart from comparable listings. The result was a sale price which exceeded our expectations!
Eric was always available to meet with brokers and their clients and went the extra mile meeting their demands for more information, pictures, history of the home, videos, etc. Dylan kept us on track regarding all the deadlines required and helped us understand the details of the contract. Chris was always available to discuss pricing and offers and delivered what he promised in our initial meeting.
It is easy to see why the Klug Team consistently ranks as one of Aspen’s top producers. We will be using them again soon.
