Loved staff! Alterations done perfectly, LOVE my wedding dress! Will refer others and bring my daughter and nieces for their prom! :)

I had a pretty good experience here. I came in, told them exactly what I wanted and my price range. They directed me to the area that held my size and even offered me discounts on some of the dresses. I ended up getting a used dress that had a messed up zipper so one of the ladies fixed it for me free of charge and with a smile on her face. They were very personable and I also love the birds that are there. It adds a lot of personality to the place. I do believe that they should get rid of some of the clutter however..The store would look a lot bigger and it would be easier to look through all of the dresses. The dressing rooms are also super tiny which honestly isn't that big of a deal. I did hear one of the women on the phone with a customer getting snappy and I think that was completely uncalled for. Overall, I do like this place and I will be coming back in the future.

God awful!!!!!! One star is to nice for this place service was pushy and rude. Dark, crowded, smelly, and all around worse experience I've ever had shopping.

My daughter had a great experience at Parrot-Fa-Nalia. They were very attentive and helpful. They picked out the perfect shoes for her dress. My daughter is very happy.

Staff was absolutely atrocious. Would not recommend coming here. Dresses are out dated and store is absolutely crowded with too many dresses. Worst experience I have ever had in a store.

So I found a dress that I liked there but someone at my same school was wearing so I couldn't have it. They were very rude about my size and they had to come into the dressing room. Not only that but that said like if I weighted a little less that I would have more options to chose from. Never coming here again. They aren't friendly either. They follow you around and make you feel pressured to wear something you don't want. And this place SMELLS

We had a great experience today! I wasn't able to go in the dressing room with my daughter, but the help was wonderful and attentive to her. They had plenty of dresses to choose from! I didn't give 5 stars because they really do have too many dresses for the space they are in. It can be quite overwhelming if you go in with no idea of what you want. My daughter wasn't really looking forward to going here after reading other reviews, but we both agree that we are glad we went and will return next year.

We had a wonderful experience. My daughter brought in a picture of the dress that she wanted. They had the dress. She tried it on. No one was pushy. I couldn't go in the dressing room with my daughter but that didn't bother me or my daughter at all. I know how hard some prom dresses are to zip up. Both my daughter and I mentioned that we will go back.

What a fun place to shop for that special occasion. The place isn't fancy, but feels incredibly warm and welcoming with the staff. The dresses are packed in and if they don't have it, no one does! Sooooo many beautiful styles and choices. Lots of pampering and sweetness going on there. We enjoyed it so much!

Give this place a chance!
When walking in you may feel overwhelmed with all of the dresses that are in the tiny little shopbut if you are willing to dig and search through hundreds of dresses, you are sure to find your perfect dress!
The ladies in the back are crazy fun, helpful, honest, and know what they are doing. They will pin and give suggestions for alterations with ease.
The dresses are separated by size and length, but are very tight in the racks.
When leaving they give you a Polaroid picture to take with you! Don't be scared by the outside or inside!!response / report this review -

Staff just wanted to sell you overpriced dresses and get you out. Store is insanely crowded with too many dresses in such a small building. Did find an old Sherri Hill, however. Alterations are $18 an hour and you have to make an appointment to get them done. Overpriced and not easy to find a dress, but there are good dresses in there.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I came here to look at dresses for my wedding 9 years ago. We ended up buying a very beautiful dress, but the ladies there were extremely rude. When it came to alterations, they were talking behind my back about how I was pregnant and getting married. I wore bejeweled tennis shoes and they made rude comments about that. When we came to pick up the dress, they didn't even give me a bag to put my dress in. And it was raining out! They refused to steam my dress also. My mother had to take me to a tux shop to get it steamed. NEVER WILL I EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!
