Our winter this February 2016 has been non-existent. This does not stop me from shopping for winter outerwear at Eddie Bauer. Their First Ascent line is superbly technical and are comparable to other to brands (think Marmot, Mountain Hard Wear, Patagonia, LL Bean, North Face). Many of their products are simply best in class and when they go on sale, the value is excellent. My local store was busy on my visit, but staff still greeted and checked in on me. Their merchandising was simple and easy to shop. I wish the had a larger selection of First Ascent line in the local store. It is still nice to be able to return online selections to the store. Good job!
