  Been living here for 2 years and the management here is horrible I had several issues where they said I didn't pay all my rent when I clearly paid over. I wanted to talk to the property manager but the person in charge told me I couldn't have his number and I had to refer to the information email to try and get a response and me as a military member I wouldn't recommend anyone move here

  I have no idea why this place would ever get a 1 star. There are rules here, of course, but they are meant to be helpful, not annoy you. For example, you can not park in reverse if the back end of your car is facing the building. That is completely understandable! No one wants fumes entering their home through an open window. And if you sign a lease for 12 months and leave in 8 months, then of course you are going to be responsible for the months you originally agreed to! If you have common sense then the rules here are not going to be odd to you.
  They are a little pricey but well worth it! Its quiet, neighbors are VERY friendly. The staff is awesome, they don't bother and are always professional. The pool is always kept clean and so is the whole building and property. They fix each and every minor problem I had with my apartment fast and in great time. I loved how amazing my apartment was here. I love that I lived on the shady side so my apartment never reached over 75 degrees, even in the summer we just had! This place is awesome and I would really recommend to anyone! The pictures don't lie, all stainless steal appliances and very clean inside and out. Im gonna really miss this place, thank you for being so great!!

  Worst place, this place sucks. Wired parking rules, how come I can't park how I want? Got a ticket just for backing into MY SPOT!!!! The stuff only cares about money. I moved out early and asked them take me off lease, they didn't and now chase after me for money for damage caused after I moved, and just because I'm the "good guy", easy to talk to??? What the hell!!! The apartment is noisy and neighbors are wierdos. The stupid family lived downstairs saying we were loud and party all the time but we were so quiet, they even used a stick to knock on our floor at midnight, when i slept!!! Who is annoying? Worst place lived and worst experience with stuffs and neighbors. Never live there!!! They are expensive and not worth it. For that money, you can live somewhere much better, and being treated way better.

  Nice place for kids, people are friendly, sucks that no dogs allowed though. Other than that its all good.
