RV Park or Mobile Home lot??? Weird adventure, Transaction was by phone, place the cash only in the slot. Choose your own spot? No map, dark. No water, no sewer, just a level spot and electricity. Three different hook ups for power, best part. That's it Little expensive for just a level spot and power $30.00 buys a lot of generator fuel Walmart just down the road

Clean and quiet. Sewer was too far to reach with a 10' hose but we stayed overnight only. If you need a place to stop and sleep this will work fine.
