The staff was so rude! I left while washing my cloths I didn't feel welcomed. Our washer broke and I had a jumbo load while waiting for parts to come. I brought em in but I was wearing a dress. On my last lend of cloths I put one on a sunday dress a bit colorful for the laundry matt but didn't expect such rude snears from who was working. And her friend she had with her. Its a nice clean place but the people really put me off.

I travel for a living and have used many public laundry services and Convenient Laundromat in Pittsburg, Ks.(Joplin and Jefferson Ave) is a real gem. The minute you walk into the laundromat you realize something is very different. The place is clean, very spacious and there are magazines and mini booths to sit at to use the free wireless internet that is available while you are doing your laundry. The lady that owns the place is right there and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Look if you have ever used a laundromat to clean your clothes, you know that the dryers are a huge expense. Well not here, I used a dollar in quarters to dry a full load of denim blue jeans and they were done. The laundromat caters to local college students and also families and I was truly impressed.
