Apartments are decent size, ~700 a month for a one bedroom. Maintenance is spotty and some things don't really get fixed permanently, I've also had to remind the office about things that needed fixing. Nothing major has broken and the office has always been willing to help as much as possible. Toilet seats are small, just saying.
