Unreliable and unprofessional call they like an say they dispatch vehicles stop answering calls leave people stranded will not recommend using this company all the 4 and 5 stars are people that work there their service is pathetic

Perfect personal attention in my opinion great service they arrive on time I didn't have any issue with them I usually use their service every day to go to work and never show late and also they have a special discount for regular customers. People like if you guys need a safety transportation trust me you can call this cab service in Los Angeles.

They told me 12 minutes 60 minutes later no show i kept calling to see how much longer they just say 2 minutes they sound like they are under the influence of alcohol so i end up taking a bus to my destination if i could give them 0. ZERO STARS TRUST ME I WOULD I had to stand out in the Hot sun. With my baby believing that they would show up wow i tell you never EVER EVER EVER AGAIN I DONT EVEN DO REVIEWS BUT I WOULD HATE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN TO SOMEONE ELSE LESS THEN POOR SERVICE THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS AND I ONLY CALLED THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD 4 STARS SMH I WONDER WHO PUT THAT HAD TO BE SOMEONE FROM THERE COMPANY BECAUSE HONEST TO GOD THE LORD KNOWS THEY ARE WRONG IM GOING TO PRAY FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY NEED IT .
