We parked here for our cruise and what a great experience it was. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We parked and we were on the first shuttle to the boat at 9:45am. They loaded our bags right up and got us to the port. The return trip after the cruise was hassel free as well. Met them outside the boat in the parking lot, and again, loaded luggage and we were back at our vehicle within 30 minutes of debarkation. Will definately use them again in the future.

I have parked here twice. Once in March 2017 and once in December 2017. Both times I had about the same experience. When I dropped off my car the process was very smooth. I made a reservation ahead of time and they were able to look it up pretty quickly. They unloaded my bags and I parked the car. I didn’t have to wait very long to get onto the shuttle to head to the port. When I returned to the port from the cruise, it was easy to find the overhang where the shuttles pick us up because the drivers did a good job explaining where we were to meet. However, the overhang doesn’t have any signs to say which company picks up there, so other people were lost and that created confusion. There was also a massive gaggle of people and very few shuttles running, so it took a long time to get back to my car. The first time, I was able to get on an earlier shuttle because I drove there by myself and met my family. So, that time, I was only one person getting on the shuttle. The second time, there was a group of four of us and the wait was horrendous. People had already been waiting 45 minutes to an hour and multiple people, including our party called an uber to take them to the parking lot. There was no organization in getting people on the shuttle to get back. Basically, if you push your way to the front you may get on a shuttle or you’ll just have to wait a very long time. I recommend the company set up some kind of queue or line system with ropes so it can be more organized. I would also recommend the company have personnel there manning this queue and directing people into the shuttle. This would make the process a lot more smooth. Also, more shuttles would also speed up the wait time, but the big issue is the unorganized area and process to get on the shuttle and back to your car.

I love parking here. The workers are very friendly and the service is very fast. You get to the terminal in about 5 minutes.

The website is clear about gated control of the parking space. What is not indicated is once we were in the facility after a 20 minute wait in line, we were told to go park in the other lot (lot A) located on the Radisson hotel property. This location is not gated!!! When you book the reservation you do not know where you are going to be told to park and you are paying for a secure parking spot. This is false advertising!

Having known this before booking I would not park offsite and would have opted for the cruise terminal.

All that aside the shuttles were convenient and quick and the staff are friendly. If you do not mind the bait and switch tactics this is a good option for cruise parking.

Fast and convenient parking. Cheap too. Door to door service. Highly recommend. I will use again. Just don't park under the lamp postsbirds will use your car for target practice.😁

We had no problems with parking here. It went quite smoothly. We did have to wait 10 to 15 minutes here or there but that is to be expected. The service was great. We even had the issue of leaving a very expensive pair of sunglasses that are for color-blindness in the shuttle. We didn't notice until we had already been dropped off. We promptly called the number for them and someone actually answered that helped us get our glasses back. They went above and beyond to make sure our cruise wasn't ruined. It was definitely worth the savings to park here. Saved a lot without sacrificing much connivence at all. I will park here again.

Easy to park, friendly drivers, easy ride back. Had to wait a bit for my shuttle to the port but the waiting area was orderly and the delay was not unreasonable. I don't think I waited long at all to get back to the parking area. They took us straight to our cars.

After spending $20/night last year at the terminal, I wanted to find something more economical. I pre-booked (and paid) online for $5.95/night and it was well worth it. The staff was friendly and shuttle service was quick (less than 10 minute wait each way). We left a bag on the shuttle after our trip and we were called within 10 minutes of leaving the parking lot so, we were able to quickly turn around to pick up our forgotten piece. I would definitely use Park Port Canaveral again.

Awesome friendly staff, the regular parking was full so they sent us across the street to their "overflow lot", but there were signs and people to help easily guide us where to go.

They gave us a shuttle to the cruise gates and were there ready to get us again right when we got off at the ship. Would definitely use again!

Did a great job!! Very price competitive, knew a lot of the area and gave us tips for the cruise we were going on. Very quick, efficient and I will continue to use them for our cruises. Provided a shuttle to and from the port and waited a total of 10 minutes for both trips. Great service!

Great service on delivery to the ship. Things went south on the way back. 3 groups were waiting to be picked up. One had been waiting an hour. We waited 30 mins. I then caught a city bus in front of Port Canaveral that took me to my car. Drove back and ferried some others who were still waiting.
