Nice place to take your dog for a walk and let the kids play. Ducks and geese surround the small pond. Covered pavilion to have a picnic.

Great park but lots of goose poop everywhere. We found a painted rock try looking for some or painting some for the Hager rock scavenger hunt.

Real nice park they do a good job of keeping the place spiffy. The tables are kept fairly clean and trash picked up. The restrooms could use some updating. The walk around the pond would be nice if there wasn't bird poop all over the place. The steps coming from the road by the pond could be more user friendly for the elderly. Have a real steep step.

Nice park, great picnic and shelter area with lots of shade from trees, pond with ducks, Beach volleyball court, tennis courts, nice playground for the kids. Great for large group or family with different things to enjoy for various age groups.

Beautiful park, great for kids. Great walk around the lake, big park with swing set/slides, tennis court, volleyball, football field, baseball field, bathroom, picnic areas with grills. Very nice.

Been here a handful of times. If your going to take a stroll around its not bad. It is quiet and normally not very many people around. I kinda prefer city park but there is nothing wrong with Pangborn. Not very big, but it does have all the park items one would expect to find.

One of Hagerstown's nicest parks. There's a nice walking path to the Fairgrounds. Theres a pond with plenty of fish for the kids to catch, and plenty of play equipment for the kids to play on. A huge field for sports, a fountain and pavilions! Very quaint and beautiful.

Love the tennis courts, very well kept and the fact that you can use them at night.
