I had a bunch of questions before I drove 1.5 miles south to this dispensary. I thought my new patient discount card had expired and Rachel, an employee there reassured me that it had not. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, so that I was getting all eligible discounts and perks promos. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about her customers. I’ll be taking the trip down there again soon because I had such a positive experience. Thank You Rachel and Panacea Wellness!

Great prices and deals, and even better products. I am a frequent flyer and keep going back and it's for obvious reason. Staff is always kind and helpful and makes the experience positive and enjoyable. I even brought a friend to try them out! Highly recommend!

Update Problems regarding a flower product having mold. Mangers and said company who grew the batch have handled the situation accordingly. No one wants a bad product but when it comes to fixing the problem it only took 24 hours for the team here to assess and tackle it

Long time customer wanting to warn the down fall of this dispensary. I was sold a quarter of in-house (packaged by panacea) brand dirty banana. And inside was a bigger dense nug that had mold.response / report this review -

Never thought I would use a dispensary but I have to say this place is great. The staff are really helpful both upstairs when ordering and downstairs at checkout. (shout out to Dee who is always friendly and knowledgeable.) They often have deals that can save ya a few bucks and freebies if ya spend a certain amount. I have had nothing but a good experience going here and would recommend Panacea to anyone.

Amazing experience high-quality products and high-quality containers in a really nice environment with a friendly staff all wish me a merry Christmas. will definitely be back again. ordered online and pick up was ready in about 10 minutes. everything was very social distanced and seemed very cleanly. waited in line for about two minutes walked up gave my ID got my products and left accordingly. Definitely on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. One of the only recreational shops that is close to the Bridgewater area. I can’t even understand how people could give this place any bad reviews but the bad reviews that I have read seem to be a bunch of BS. Update… have been going here well over a year and still never disappointed. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
