First time customer. I felt welcomed. Workers in the front were very helpful and happy. Workers in the main showroom were good but on the other hand Jordan was hands down Awesome!! I didn’t know where to look so first, Jordan… we MTVCribbed the showroom. He guided me to what I was looking for. I got a discount and was pleased!! The total was below $100 for 3 things!! Will be totally returning to this Collective. No doubt!!

So I've been coming here for a little over 2 years due to my ex always bringing me, but now I'm indulging in it and my choice was obvious. I don't know anything about it, yet I get well informed and taken care of everytime I come in! Thanks again guys and gals for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Always a wonderful crew here. 2 min from my job and that’s always helpful. Cody helped me out today. He knew exactly what I was looking for and didn’t try to steer me too far away from what I wanted and I always appreciate that! Thanks for the hospitality as always!

Paulina was extraordinary. She found me the best products for my sleep disorder and the best tips and price. Hopefully I can request her when I return.

Today I had Miguel who was incredible also. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great shop.
