I am pretty in love with the Palms-Rancho Park Branch Library!! It's a pretty large space with 4-5 floors (underground). Obviously this library is old but the library inside is surprisingly beautiful inside. Spacious with ample studying spots throughout. There is a food court on the main floor (in case you need a break from studying). I am a fan.
Beautiful library with plenty of exterior decorations. When you enter, there are escalators that take you to the second floor. The library is laid out in a rather unusual manner; different sections are divided into different spaces accessible only from a central walkway. The library is pretty large with a great selection of books.
I like this library. They have a lot of good books and they can get books from other libraries that they don't have if they're available. Sometimes their customer service is amazing. They have events that you can attend depending on what you like of course. It's OK.
Excellent place to come study. Plenty of parking (up to 4 hours, free!) and real friendly staff. There's a nice park next door to get some fresh air and it's conveniently located right next to the freeway. I plan on coming back here as long as I'm in the Los Angeles area!
This is probably the best public library that I been too!! The computers are all up to date and the layout of the library is pristine!
Exceptional library staff, programs and setting. Ray Bradbury's very favorite
if you're looking for a quiet area to read a book or to study, I wouldn't recommend this library. Even though there's a sign "Reading Zone, Quite please", it doesn't seem to help much since there's a info desk right there. Im a reader that prefer quiet environmemt so I seem to have a hard time concentrate. However, for students K1-12, they will have their own "reserved" studying area. So it's nice if you're students and need a place to study, you won't be worried about finding empty tables.
