Been with this library for over 10 years & never had any issues with the return of my books until recently. I drive up & drop off my books because it's convenient for me when im in a hurry i dont want to have to pay for parking. I found out via email I was charged for a book I returned in outside book return. I spoke to several librarians & supervisor they cant find it & accused me of not returning the book, maybe i misplaced it somewhere. Do not use outdoor return!

Great! I had not gone to the libary in years but needed to print some documents asap. The lady at the computer logging area assisted me through the printing process. Thank you again!!

Unlike some pb county locations this library is not only quiet and peaceful; it is full of people actually utilising the resources, making it easier for you to do so. The staff and security are both helpful and kind, with positive sincere attitudes towards guests. Great selection of resources, too countless to list, ya gotta check it out yourself!

Great library with lots of extra fun for kids. I take my son a couple times a week during the summer time. He loves to play on the computer and read the books. It gives me some time to do some reading myself.

One of the best libraries in Palm Beach. It has plenty of resources for patrons. Their study rooms are really helpful for an extra level of quiet.

If you live in Palm Beach County you should definitely support the library system. They do an awesome job and have a great selection of learning and entertainment materials.

The librarians were extremely patient with my 11yo son when he inquired about signing up for a library card and explained to him how the system works. He loves going to the library.
