  I just had my 3rd session at Painless Laser Solutions. I have to write a review. Crystal is AMAZING!! She took her time and was very thorough with my treatment. Thank you Crystal!!

  I had an appointment scheduled for laser hair removal on my private areas on July 24, 2023, and my experience was nothing short of distressing and completely unacceptable.
  
  Upon arriving at the scheduled time for my appointment, I was appalled to find that no female staff member was present at the facility. Instead, I was met by a male employee who was apparently the only person available to carry out the procedure. As a woman seeking a sensitive and personal treatment, I was left feeling extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable knowing that a man would be performing the laser hair removal on my private areas.
  
  It is imperative to recognize that such intimate procedures demand a high level of sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring the utmost comfort and trust for the client. It is not only a matter of personal preference but also a fundamental requirement in the service industry to provide customers with the choice of having treatments conducted by professionals of the same gender when the nature of the treatment is as intimate as laser hair removal on private areas.
  
  Unfortunately, I felt compelled to leave the premises without receiving the service I had booked due to the discomfort and anxiety caused by the situation. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and upset with Painless Hair Removal's service standards, and I believe it is essential to address this matter seriously.
  
  I trust that you will take this matter seriously and understand the importance of maintaining a respectful and comfortable environment for all customers. As a loyal customer who has visited your establishment before, I sincerely hope that appropriate measures will be implemented to ensure that no other client faces a similar situation in the future.

  I have nothing bad to say about the customer service. BUT the lasers do not work on individuals of color. I had laser hair removal at Laser Away years ago and it worked great but hurt extremely bad so I decided to try this company. It did not hurt at all even as they upped the strength BUT after 8 sessions there was NO change. I talked to the manager and they said they were sorry but results vary. All of that money wasted. Then I called Laser Away and they explained that the laser they use is less painful but it doesn't work on people of color. After ONE treatment with Laser Away I noticed a HUGE difference. Painless Laser Solutions should tell their customers that their lasers don't work on people of color. Instead they just collect the money and apologize when it doesn't work. I'm half black and half white so I'm not dark skinned at all but apparently any level of color does not work with their lasers.

  0/10 this week. I have a package and every time I come usually a different person that is doing the service which is ok, they are always nice. But this week the girl that did my laser service was rude, I asked her for a shaver bc I forgot to shave my neck and she lied to me and told me their were no shavers as they are sitting right in front of us. At the end when I asked about it she had an attitude and said they aren’t letting them give out the razors anymore. Which I don’t see an issue with. It would have took less 2 minutes to quickly do myself. Other technicians have allowed me to do real fast right before because I have forgotten one other time. Plus she didn’t have any appointments waiting right after me. She didn’t even do a good job at my laser appointment I Usually have 2 areas done and she took less then 5 minutes for the service. Did not care about what she was doing and obviously can tell she did not want to be there. I’m disappointed and I hope I never get her again. Only thing is there is never a manger around either.

  Bought an unlimited package through Groupon and have had nothing but positive experiences at my appointment every 4 weeks. I’ve had to reschedule a couple times and they are so easy to work with! I’m getting fantastic results; my appointments are quick and easy. Couldn’t be happier!
