  I can not express how happy I am with Pacific Honda salesman Greg Allen and his assistant (now a salesman too starting tomorrow) Pedro. I’ve been shopping around for a car for over a month... We visited numerous dealerships, tried different makers, but Honda was my top choice since I sat in it, and drove it. Greg was easy to talk to, honest, non-pushy, very informative. He followed up with me after we came to test drive the HR-V I wanted, answered my questions about the car promptly. These guys made the purchase an easy and quick transaction with the best price in San Diego county. We had to turn around while on our way to another dealership. No kidding!   I recently traded in a 2011 CR-V toward a newer Accord, and Tate Mackenzie was my salesperson/guide. He was great! He explained things carefully and made sure I understood my options. He had a friendly and genuinely no-pressure approach to our interaction. I left in a car that I am very happy with. Thanks, Tate!

  I have been searching for a car for a while. Even my boyfriend started to help in the search. He went to Pacific Honda a few months back to take a look at what they had to offer and met Tate. Tate kept in touch ever since and last night we finally made the decision to go down there together and get a car. We test drove two different Civics before making a decision. I just have to say what a pleasant experience everything was overall. I work in sales and I’m used to the pushy salesman. Tate is not pushy at all. He wants to gain you as a customer for life. He wants you to be 100% happy with your decision and will help you get the best deal possible. I really felt like Tate was on our side and he really is different then most car salesmen I have met prior. Pacific Honda truly has a gem at their location in Tate. I will recommend him to all my family and friends. Once we made the decision, Tate helped negotiate the best deal possible and even got me a lower APR then my original pre-approved loan was for. He brought us over to Virgil to finish off the paperwork. Virgil was efficient and very helpful in finishing up the process. Tate really went the extra mile and stayed until we were done to make sure my car was detailed to the highest standard. He took care of all my needs and really made the process completely comfortable and effortless. I so happy with my decision and I love my 2015 Civic!

  I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my first car from Pacific Honda! Tate was the gentleman who helped me, and he was awesome and incredibly helpful. I loved that they were able to work with me. I really appreciated that Tate was able to lower the price since the car had some dings, granted it was a used car. He offered a couple of solutions to fix it, both being great, but as a reasonable person I took the discount. I would highly recommend coming here and asking for Tate! He's one of the very few honest, no pressure salesmen. I had been in the market and went to a couple of different dealerships, again, Pacific Honda is the best. Also a huge thank you to Frank and Lenny for being so prompt and following up with me after my initial inquiry!

  Was in San Diego, from the Phoenix area, over Labor Day weekend (2017) for a soccer tournament. On Saturday, our 2009 Odyssey battery light came on, which basically meant the alternator was not charging. We pulled into Pacific Honda service without an appointment and they initially said they were booked. We were just going to leave it there and rent a car until the Odyssey could be repaired Tuesday after Labor Day. They were open until 5pm Saturday and this was around 2pm. As we were making plans to rent a car, they notified us that a technician had become available. They were able to diagnose and repair our Odyssey by 5pm on Saturday. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!

  Pacific Honda is great! Kevin Robinson helped me and my wife both get brand new cars. He got us the best deal possible and provided excellent service. My wife and I couldn't be any happier. Our brand new civic and brand new accord are running very smoothly, we will definitely be back in a few years when we are ready to upgrade.

  Amazing experience! Our sales man was very relatebale and actually listened to where we are financially and what we are looking for. He was so sincere and patient with us, we test drove the Honda Civic and decided this was the one we wanted if in our budget. My car I was trading in was a safety hazard at this point and we really needed to lease a new car. You could tell he was concerned too and wanted to help. He went back and forth to his boss multiple times because he didn't want us to walk out and make this work for us. He ended up pulling as many strings as he could for us so we could buy what we wanted. He found a way to work with our budget and use my car as a trade in, his boss was a sweetheart too and very sincere. I felt heard and not dismissed. I didn't expect walking out that day with a brand new car but they did the best job working with us. Very satisfied. Go to Honda and ask for Dylan!

  This review is for their service department. I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from another dealership, but I have been using this location for my service needs. Every time I come in I am welcomed with a smile and helpful attitude from each person I encounter throughout the process. The techs always explain in detail the services they are performing and why. This gives me a sense of security that I am not being ripped off or swindled as other car repair companies can be with women. Pacific Honda's prices are also competitive, and between that and their excellent customer service I will always choose them for my car needs.

  Best Stress free Car Experience in the 30 years I've been buying cars. My man was Bo! Funny, honest, intuitive to my needs, and responsive to questions without causing me anxiety and confusion experienced at other SD dealerships. Inevitably it was Bo's no BS attitude and patience which sold me. Every Pacific Honda staff encountered in the process was professional and offered this same rare smooth experience. Very happy driving my Honda Fit away yesterday!

  Jimmy Gardemann was great. He helped me get my very first Honda. He made it easy and as quick as possible. Pacific Honda is one of the best dealer I had visited and they were very accommodating. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family or to anyone who is looking to buy a Honda. This is the place to go. Definitely 10 out of 10

  My experience at Pacific Honda was wonderful! I purchased my first new car (2017 Honda Civic) and I am absolutely in love with it. I got an amazing deal and it was all due to the help of Fred Zafar. He was so patient and kind with answering all of my questions and was never pushy with anything. He tried his best to make sure that I got the best deal that I can get and I'm honestly very grateful that he went back and forth so many times to help get his manager to agree to the price that I was offering. Fred was very accommodating when I told him I would not be able to make it in until 7:30pm - his shift ended at around 3pm and he stayed until past 10pm to help me with my car! He even pulled up the cars that I wanted to consider right next to each other so that it would be easier for me to compare the colors and decide what I liked best! He stayed after I signed the papers to show me all the car functions and made sure I was happy with every aspect of it before I drove off. Super grateful for all of his help!

  I love my new Honda! Greg Allen, the salesman, was so helpful and patient, and made it as easy as possible to choose a new car. He took a drive out in the HR-V and CR-V with us and explained the options and a bunch of other things with us. We spent five hours together and he never seemed frustrated or in a rush. He delivered a lovely car to us.
  
  Virgil, the financial advisor was also very helpful and quick with the paperwork.
  
  I can't tell you how happy I am to be back in the Honda family. Now we're a two-Honda household, the way it should be!
