Made an appointment through Angie's List and the day before the scheduled appointment the salesperson called to discuss the job. I informed her that I was getting several bids prior to awarding the contract. She requested to know what the other companies produced and when I refused to tell her about their bids and the fact that I would not commit to hiring them on the spot she said there was no reason to come to my house. Needless to say I will never do business with this company.

We live in the Cascade Range of central Washington and heavy snow this winter damaged about half of our gutters. After a couple weeks searching for a replacement product we settle on Pacific Gutter Company and their product Gutter Shutter. We couldn't be more pleased. Gutter Shutter is the best of all the gutter products we looked at, if not the cheapest, it is heavy duty, strongly attached and looks great. Before I was cleaning the gutters about four times a year and on two occasions had to replace gutters that were damaged by heavy snow. No more. I'm confident that Gutter Shutter will live up to it'd guarantee and that Pacific Gutter Company will stand behind it

I highly recommend Pacific Gutter Company. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. You feel you really matter. Questions were promptly addressed. I had Leafguard on another property and I am much more satisfied with Pacific Gutter mostly for their customer service but their gutters are of superior quality as well.

Matthew Rehfeld carefully explained the features in detail, and that the system wasn't inexpensive but was the best. Lukas did a most excellent job with the install. The black metal gutters look splendid, matching the black steel roof and complementing the gray house! I had preferred the dark cedar gutters that came with the house 55 years ago (replaced with cedar again 25 years ago)- but their time had come! And having paid 36k originally for a home now valued at 1.5 mil, I thought it deserved the best! And didn't feel like chasing up a ladder any more! So good for another 55 years I expect! We researched multiple gutter companies and Pacific Gutter stood out in the competition. It was by far the best choice for us and we are very pleased with the final result. We highly recommend this one!
