The company came out to do a bud in a new water softener that was in home hot 14 years prior from American themselves. The price was so good after explanation of repair vs new water softener I was amazed! Then inquiring about a R/O water system as well the deal turned into a combo with softener and R/O installation👍🏻 The price was about $2-3,000 less than all the competitors for the exact same thing👌🏻 My service technician Gerardo, was very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and hard working. He was able to complete everything in less than 2.5 hours total. Gerardo was very informative post installation so I could complete the necessary steps for the water treatment completion for draining the water. The American Home Water snd Air has an unbelievable warranty on their products as well. I am soo pleased I used them for my products based on price, knowledge and service. I will recommend them to everyone I know here out as well. What a spectacular company in business🤩

My AC unit died on a 109 degree day (Thursday). They were able to get someone out same day. I bought a new unit Thursday night. They fit in the installation the 2 next evenings after their full schedule and worked until 9:00 & 10:00 PM to get it done (which they didn’t have to do). I had a new furnace and new AC and my house was cool Saturday night. They really went above and beyond, were very professional, and take pride in what they do. Special thanks to Vernon and Nick this time. Also shout out to Darryl and “Rook”(ie).

We moved into a new home and I decided to use our single garage as a home gym. I contacted several different companies in the valley for a mini split A/C system and received a number of quotes. Many companies tried to oversell me on what I needed - one company tried to sell me a 24k BTU unit for a 265 sq ft garage and wanted to pull up my driveway for the extra power needed (over $13k quote)!

Most companies charge between $4k - $8k for a 12k BTU ductless mini split installation. I paid an electrician $550 to run the wire, and American Home Water & Air was the ONLY company that provided honest, straightforward pricing on their mini split as well as their water softeners. I ended up hiring them to do both and we are satisfied with the professionalism, service, and quality so far. I was able to get my brand new mini split, water softener, and chlorine filter all installed for under $5k.

Had Tim come out for an inspection of my systems. They were very polite and professional, explained every check they would perform. I also received a text message before the appointment time showing their location to me and estimated arrival time. Very easy to make appointment with the inside staff. Will definitely use them in the future.

I reached out to AHW&A on a Thursday morning, they had an estimator to my place that day and came to install 2 days later. I am more than pleased with their customer service and technicians. From start to finish it was a positive experience. The install went smoothly, they had a 5 man team for my job and got it done quickly. The guys answered every question I had and most importantly they got AC to the house. I had contacted 4 companies and this was the most responsive and quickest to schedule me. Their estimate was comparable to other quotes I got for the work. I plan on using them again in the near future to replace my 5 ton unit as well. I should also mention that I was referred to this company by a family member who also had a 5 star experience with their install.
