First time here and was really surprised at how well it was put together. Very nice place to watch a NHL game. Was in town for the holidays and happened that the Hurricanes had a home game. Was able to get seats at a very reasonable price compared to other stadiums we have visited, and on game day also. Very helpful staff led us to our seats. Nice selection from the concession stands. Really recommend a visit if you are in town. I will be back again when I visit next time.
Great venue. Parking is expensive, but finally this year they can take cards instead of just cash! Just be aware that a water bottle will run you $5.50 and the food prices just go up from there. The ushers are helpful and kind and even my ticket checker was friendly.
As arenas go it good. The food, facilities and staff are great. The leg room is a deal breaker. I'm not freakish tall, only 6'4", but the leg room means my knees jam against the chair and person in front.
The arena itself is great and well thought out, and there's really not a bad seat in the house to watch any event. But be prepared to spend a LOT of money. Parking is a total rip off ($20 for the last event) and as far as i can tell they offer no other alternatives (like cheaper parking offsite or park and rides), and food and drinks are crazy expensive. On the plus side, they have a good variety of food but a lot of it isn't that great in my opinion. Tickets for events are typically pretty pricey anyway, but add in parking and food and you're spending a lot.
Very well laid out arena. Almost any seat is a good onejust depends on how close you want to be. Seen the circus and a wrestling event here. Maybe I’ll catch a sports event one day.
Easy getting in and out. Lots of people helping to keep things moving. Arena is clean. Love going to PNC venues.
A great place to watch a hockey game. Small cameras are allowed but they have tables with measurements on them so nothing larger. Had some good brisket on a sandwich also.
PNC Arena is perfect! Well, close. Clean! Security was everywhere but not imposing on the excitement. The staff!! Any business should take note.the staff were all well informed and knew answers to questions. I don't go to events often so $ for concessions was a surprise. Bottle water $5!? I made do with wine. Keep up the outstanding job!
We are attending the 2017 Don't Give Up! Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses here at the PNC Arena. The staff are very friendly and professional, smiling all the time. They have a welcoming attitude.
They are so organized and polite, starting from the car park entrance.
The Arena is spotless. I wonder how they do it. But it's a place you will like to be.
Good place to watch a hockey game. Easy to manage the parking lot, park, and leave too. Very well organized. Concession and parking prices are high as to be expected, but tickets to games are so cheap it really isn't a big deal.
Nice arena to see a concert or a hockey game. Be aware though if you are taller and have line legs, the seats can be a bit tight. Concessions are on the higher side price wise, but not bad. Parking is still a bit expensive after all these years, which doesn't make any sense to me. It is fairly easy to get out afterwards though.
Fairly good at directing traffic and providing instructions. I'm not a fan of the security check-ins but hey, safety first! Especially nowadays
I've enjoyed all the events I've attended here, but be prepared for traffic! Factor in at least an extra 15-20 min just for parking and checking in whenever you attend an event here.
Generally a good place to see a show or a game. Parking ($20) is outrageous. No wonder you can pay for parking with a credit card now! They have a reasonably good handle on traffic management. I appreciated that I was able to exit and re-enter to get something left in my car.
PNC Arena is a state of the art facility. I have been to this facility numerous times in the past and I am never disappointed by the arena itself. Parking is close, cheap and traffic flow is bearable. Getting into the arena is a breeze, security is efficient and quick. The food is good, (highly recommend BBQ Nachos) and the overall service of staff is great! The only poor aspect of PNC is that their tenants do not win! I can not wait for my next visit to PNC Arena!
