  After researching several remodeling companies, I was grateful to find PDP Countertops. Not only did I find a greater selection of high quality granite, but benefitted from the design expertise provided by the owner, Rachel Barone. I was given lots of options and guidance regarding granite color, finishes, and sink style. The process was easy and installation was scheduled promptly. The installers were professional and timely. Diamond was extremely courteous and informed me of each step in the installation. I am so thrilled with my bathroom and did not have to spend an enormous amount of money to achieve the polished look I desired. I will use them again and can confidently recommend them to others!

  I am really disappointed in the level of professionalism from this company. I work for a company where I can supply the slab myself. The very first call I made to PDP I asked if they would be willing to quote my job with me supplying the slab and they said yes(This was on May 18th). They were able to come out to my house within a couple days which I was very pleased with. The gentleman was very polite and professional while in my home while he took measurements and notes. I was told I would hear back from them within a week or so with two estimates: my cost if I supplied material and my cost if they supplied materials.
  
  I emailed them on Friday May 20th thanking them for coming out that day to start the estimate process and listed the granites I was interested in.
  I had not heard back by June 2nd so I called the office and spoke with a woman who said she would look up my information and get back with me..I got no call back.
  I then sent an email on June 14th stating I had not heard back yet and was looking for an updateI got no response.
  I called the office again June 16th and spoke with the same woman and she said that they have been trying to contact me and I said nobody has responded to me. She said that their emails must be going to my spam or something.I was never contacted via phone or email. Period.
  
  I have no idea why someone who has wonderful reviews with other customers would have this level of professionalism with me. I understand some companies would not want me to supply material because maybe they don't make as much money on the job. I was upfront on the phone before anyone even came to my house about supplying material so I couldn't have been any more courteous and transparent. Again, I am very disappointed and should have called another company. Here I am a month later.still no countertops.

  PDP Granite is one of the best experiences I have had with home renovations. I visited 5 different granite dealers and installers, and PDP is by far the best I have come across (Google reviews really helped me decide who to choose also!). Rachel is professional, and brilliant when helping to decide what type of granite, layout, and sink choices. Their crew was great during the measurement stages getting the 'exact' measurements so when the install time comes, everything fits like a glove. The install took less than 2 hours from the time the installers got there until they were packed up and ready to go.
  
  If you are looking for a great granite dealer and installer, I would highly recommend PDP.

  When we would have a fire in the fireplace, during the process of bringing wood inside, the result would be a mess of small sticks, dirt and ashes. A decorator suggested marble tile in front of the fireplace. thinking the contrast of rough stone and the elegance of marble would be attractive. I kept this in mind while browsing the 12-inch tiles at the home stores. While I couldn't decide on a tile and did not know anyone whom I could trust to lay the tile, especially since the area wasn't a rectangle but a CURVE. A relative knew of the PDP Counter tops in Cartersville. I went to their business and with their help, selected the granite. They came out, took measurements, and made a template so the granite could be cut with the precise curve as the fireplace hearth. Within a few weeks, they installed the beautiful granite. The area is easily cleaned with a vacuum or light mop. At the same time I wanted to update a cabinet and counter in a powder room. PDP Counters provided the granite which was selected to match existing ceramic floor tile. They expertly helped select a cabinet, basin and controls for the sink. The installation went quickly. The result is a thing of beauty.

  We recently remodeled our kitchen and feel very thankful to have worked with PDP. Joe and Rachel are very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. This was our first experience in remodeling and Rachel's guidance was exceptional. She guided us towards the perfect piece of granite when we were going in another direction and we could not be happier! I would highly recommend this company!
