Came to get an alignment and they said they would check the front end before they did the alignment to make sure they could do it. They then told me that I needed a part, and I didn't want to buy it. But they still made me pay for the alignment. They also were hotrodding my truck on the street and in the shop. A BAD ALIGNMENT. Then when I go to leave, my door trim is ripped off and I ask what happened and say it wasn't like that when I arrived, the mechanic said that I was full of shit. Horrible. Won't be back

Rip off just like your local friends to try to find the most expensive things wrong to fill their pockets and over charge . I went and rented the tools required from auto zone and did it myself for free only paid for parts and did just as good of a job if not better. Just goes to show can't trust a mechanic

Need four new tires on my vehicle and Mission Tire helped me out quickly. Showed up, they looked at the tires, explained to me why I needed four, and had me in an out in about half an hour. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Was doing business with them for several years. Kind of pricey but I thought they did quality work. Took my Mom's car and had 4 new tires put on. A week later (Thanksgiving day) we're driving down the highway and got a flat from road debris. Got the spare out and it was flat. Not completely flat but flat enough that when the car was let down from the jack it was on the rim. They lost my business that day.
