I went there for the first time and was greeted by a helpful staff. I was sketched out by reviews but still decided to go with them. Well, once I got home I realized they crashed the front right side of my truck into something (it’s fairly new and has never been in an accident before) and they didn’t mention a thing when returning it to me. I should have done a lap around my truck to check for damages because now I’m stuck with about $500 of damages. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Not "ParkEzFly". Was "ParkMeFly". Concerned by the look, but staff was good and price was unbeatable. Airport pick-up was a little slow, but, again staff doing a good job.

They lost our keys and we had to wait over 2 hours for a locksmith to come and make a key for us to be able to drive home.

Very inexpensive safe parking. We have parked at a number of places around MCO but this one is the least expensive. The shuttle is reliable and the staff is friendly.

Were very late picking us up and when we got back to the lot they were very disorganized and couldn't find the car for a long time. There were 3-4 pickups at the airport by other to our one.

Let me tell you about this place. We showed up late to our reservation and Mr. Luis Salcedo dropped everything in order to get us to the airport. With excellent service and great conversation. Once we got to Orlando international airport we couldn't find our terminal in which we took a better look at our tickets and realized we booked at the Sanford airport (30 min away) this amazing man insisted to let him drive us there because it would save time and he drove us there in order for us to catch our flight. The service was incredible, the car was comfortable and they 100% earned our business for future shuttle needs.

I will not go here again. I made my reservation using the online website and when I arrived at the address this company was not even there. I asked the person in the "trailer" if they knew where park ez fly was located. He told me "we changed our name and they were actually park ez fly". I did not trust him or this place with my car, as it was just a dirt lot with a bunch of U-Haul's sitting around. We parked at the airport instead. I have emailed and called asking for my reservation money to be refunded. No one answers the phone and I am getting no response to my messages or email.

My family of four had a poor experience with Park ME Fly aka Park EZ Fly. When we returned from our 6AM flight, EZ's phone system was down. I checked their website for alternate numbers or way to contact them, but only the main number was listed. We tried several times to call and also waited for about 20 minutes at the general off-airport parking pickup area at the terminal. We were tired and just wanted to go home, so we took a cab to EZ's lot. I asked inside and the attendant said the phone system had been down for several hours and the shuttle was making the rounds. I'm not sure how many shuttles they have, but two were parked in the lot. I would think in a situation like this, you might call in extra drivers. I asked the attendant if they could cover my cab fare or at least give me a credit towards my next trip. The attendant said he was powerless. I would think in such a situation that they would at least take my information to give to someone that could help compensate me for the trouble. On top of everything the car was covered with dust from the dirt lot. I was completely exhausted, frustrated and disgusted with this business. They were the cheapest parking option, but I will spend a couple bucks more next time to find a lot that appreciates my business.
