The food here is absolutely excellent. However, it really is not worth the expense. Despite being delicious, the food comes in very small portions and is incredibly overpriced. Even for a very nice restaurant, which 1789 is, I couldn't believe how much they were charging for such small plates. My advice: If you're paying, eat somewhere else.

I love this place. Very low key. Not too noisy. Service is usually very good. The food is pretty standard Irish bar fare. Nothing awe inspiring, but still tasty. I go about once a week.

Decent and quite place. Just ordered two drinks and fries on sides. The Cucumber Margarita was delicious! Not very crowded even on a Friday night. The DJ was OK, playing old 90's pop songs and alternative rock out of nowhere :D . Overall an average and not very lively place to be on a friday night.
