Had an inedible yellowtail hand roll. A majority if the hand roll “specials” had spicy sauces. They have some creative dishes. Enjoyed the saki martinis. We will not go back!
Walked in 3 min prior to end of lunch special and was attended professionally. Ordered the best Hibachi chicken, amazing soup w/ bits of tofu and salad. Definitely one of the best lunch specials, near CUNY City Tech.
Beautiful food. Great prices. And an all-day happy hour!!! What more can you ask for? It's my go-to meeting spot. I've posted pictures of the food on my Facebook page, it's so beautiful. Is this the best sushi restaurant I've ever eaten in? No. But it is very good, for the prices. Don't be afraid to try it. Try the Christmas roll!!
Food and drink are quite good. Delivery is efficient.
Horrible! Very slow service! Their sushi pieces were the tiniest pieces l've ever seen! I went there to enjoy my lunch with my wife and all we experienced was anxiety! They forgot one of our orders! It has never happened to me even in the busiest restaurants! It was a shame!! I don't know how they survive with this poor service in Brooklyn!
I would give them zero if I could! I personally believe you should not go to any random place to have sushi but today we really wanted to eat sushi for lunch and we end up here! First of, the waitress seemed very confused and not focused on her job! So I repeated my order twice loudly! The restaurant was really empty but it took them 40 min to prepare our food! AND she was simply forgotten to place my order!!!! So it took more time for me ( my husband was already eating his lunch ) Now it's time to talk about the food itself! We ordered lunch specials and the sushi pieces were really small as it was cheaper! My rolls were not looking good and they would tear apart while I was picking them up!
I won't go there anymore and I don't suggest it to anyone! They need some real changes!
Came here for lunch. They have a lot of great options for lunch specials. Food and service we're pretty good. The atmosphere is a bit dark and depressing, though
We have been ordering from them over the years, and every other day. My coworkers and I usually order for over $150 each time. Lately their fish has been rubbery and has smell, also their portions of sashimi got smaller. I called and addressed the issue first, and mentioned that if this will continue happening we will stop ordering. The girl on the phone said that everyone has different taste.
I ordered crispy duck rolls, it was delicious and nice decorated.
Great drinks. The oysters are unbelievable- a must gavw. The Pad Thai is excellent. Highly recommended!!!
Great place with many items to eat and drink with a helpful staff. A bit expensive though.
Love this place, best spot for sushi in Brooklyn Heighs area in my opinion. Always get the rock and roll sushi roll.
Great local spot. Creative dishes. Fish is fresh. The food is plated beautifully. Waitresses are friendly and they are great on the service aspect (ie. Refilling waters, tea, swapping plates etc). I come frequently. Yankee sandwich is a must as well as their Kalbi appetizer.
