I've been an Owen customer for over five years and worked with low voltage systems for the past 20 years. Owen's customer service has always been excellent. We started out as a local customer in Dalton. After years of great service we expanded our low voltage needs to include 11 offices through the state of Georgia. With Owen, I'm a person rather than a number. When there is an issue, I call my contact at Owen and she takes care of it quickly, correctly, and with great customer service. I know Owen's service reps, their sales people, and their techs by name. Few low voltage contractors seek to establish business partnerships like Owen.
