The tension cables on my garage fell apart, and this company saved us time and money. The technician came immediately after we called, and he was very professional. He did all what we asked him to do, and he performed excellently.

As luck would have it, the spring broke and trapped me in the garage this morning. Scheduling a same day call was quick and easy (very professional, courteous staff). Mike (the tech) did a terrific job replacing the springs and servicing the door. He went above and beyond to ensure that I did not have to wait until tomorrow for the repair to be complete. He also was extraordinarily professional and courteous. Finally, the cost was competitive with other servicers. I highly recommend Mike and Overhead and Mike.

Overhead Door Company saved the day!
My garage door opener had been installed by my dad in 1994. This morning as the door was closing it hung up then I heard a pop and everything was all jacked up. I saw the great reviews, so I called to see when I could get an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in the same morning. The technician Mike got here on time, he quickly assessed the situation, and got started. That young man is a very hard worker. He got everything installed and secured, made adjustments, and then went over everything he did.
Thanks so much for getting my garage door working in one day.

Terrence did a great job replacing both springs of my garage door after one had broken. After the installation, he made sure the door was well functioning and was even able to fix the door coming down slanted (which a different garage door company claimed it was due to the ground being uneven). Terrence was also able to answer any questions I had about operating and maintaining the door. My garage door has never sounded this quiet and smooth ever since Overhead Door Company came by. The phone operator was also very professional. Overall I had a great experience with them!

In November 2020, we had Overhead Door replace a heavy, uninsulated 60-year-old wooden two-car garage door. The installation was somewhat challenging due to an uneven ceiling height. We visited the showroom, were pleased to see product we liked, and a technician came out promptly to take detailed measurements. The door installed fits perfectly! It is attractive, lightweight compared to our old door, and runs much quieter too on the modern coil spring system vs. the old extension springs. It was installed by Terrence H, who was knowledgeable and pleasant and had the job completed in just a few hours. It is now five months past installation, and there have been no problems with the new door. We highly recommend Overhead Door due to our most satisfactory experience.
