  Cody was fast, efficient, and professional. I was nervous about the added cost per every 20 minutes to diagnose my problem BUT Cody isolated the issue, gave me a workable price, that included my service call fee and all labor time, and was able to install the failed part immediately. I was extremely impressed. Great service and knowledgeable technician. Recommend highly. 6 stars!

  Wonderful experience. Found them through a simple Google search, needing to repair a broken gear and sprocket on the motor. After considering doing the work myself, in part based on concern over the possible cost, ended up going the professional repair route. The team over the phone, including scheduling and the parts department were incredibly helpful and friendly. The repairman was extremely efficient and got the job done without delay. It was clear that they didn't want to bloat the cost by slow work or other inappropriate tactics, but instead, simply got it done in a hurry for minimal cost to me. Very impressive. I will both use in the future and refer everybody to them in the future. It is VERY clear why they have near perfect reviews on Google! Well earned! Thanks again for the wonderful service.

  Always a great experience. Super fast and prompt service. Always tells me what the issues are and we talk about what makes the most sense with regards to repair/replace decisions. Have never been dissatisfied. Danny is always my tech and is top notch. Make sure to keep him as he treats customers like family. Being in a service business, my expectations are usually high and Danny has never disappointed and always blows me away. Customer for life!!!

  The technician did a great job of taking down my old garage door opener and putting up my new one. He then explained to me all the nice features of how to operate my new opener. I was impressed with the product knowledge he had about the new opener especially since I had not purchased the unit directly from Overhead Door.
  
  Great job. This is the second time I’ve used Overhead Door and each time I’ve been impressed.
