We appreciated Overhead Door being able to come out on short notice. The technician (Scott Dudley) called and gave me plenty of lead time to come home from work and meet him there. He arrived shortly after I did and completed the job quickly and professionally. We were very happy, as we were leaving to go out of town later that afternoon and needed the door fixed before we could leave. We were very pleased that we did not have to delay our schedule and were able to leave as planned.

Dan did a fantastic job! I thought this would be a tough job getting our garage door fixed and realigned, but he got it done very quickly while explaining everything he was doing. He gave me great garage door maintenance advice, too. Our garage door now works as smoothly as it did the day we bought this house! I chose Overhead Door Company of Huntsville based on a recommendation from a family member, and I will recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

Dan was awesome! My mother had a broken garage door spring so we called Overhead Door. They sent Dan out the next morning to replace the springs. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He removed the old springs and installed the new springs in about 20 minutes. He spent some extra time adjusting the springs and garage door opener to make sure it worked perfectly! He even went over maintenance that would allow the new springs to most longer. I would recommend Overhead Door to anyone that needed garage door maintenance, repair or install.

Fast and timely service! Called this morning with opener arm assembly that got detached from the door. Dan came in in an hour, and fixed in under an hour. Thank you to Dan, you were nice, friendly, and knowledgeable and got us what we needed in a very warm day..
Dan is very good! Jess was also very friendly answering my questions and getting us the help in quickly. Since we have used overhead company 3 times before, this was no surprise.

My wife opened the garage this morning to leave for work and the door would not open. I called several companies for a quote and Overhead Door Company was the only one to provide me one over the telephone. I had two other companies come to the property for quotes and ODC offered the best rates with same day service. Scotty arrived to my address within four hours and replaced both torsion springs on the door (one of which had broken completely in half - see picture). The door now works, was affordable/comparable to other quotes I received, and is much quieter than it was before. Thanks!!
