Bryan and his team wrapped up my patio project right before the Memorial Day weekend, which took about three weeks to complete (~830 sq. foot patio with seat walls and gas fire pit).
Overall, it has been an outstanding experience working and interacting with everyone involved at Outdoor FX. I met with Bryan on multiple occasions to assess my budget and design options. I made several changes to the plan before I finally settled on the right design. During those few months Bryan was always accommodating and never pushed for the sale. Even during the project, I made some changes to the layout and it was always met with a positive response and a quick turnaround. Bryan's crew works hard as I would see them at my house by 7:30am and they would still be there when I arrived back from work after 6:00pm. His crew even came out and worked on a weekend when they were delayed due to inclement weather.
The reason for the four star rating is more of an indication of limited time from installation to this review. Assuming everything holds up over the next few months I would be happy updating to give Outdoor FX five stars.
Update: moving to 5 stars now that it has been a few years and everything is holding up great. Just need to do some much needed annual maintenance.response / report this review -

Don't waste your time! I would give 0 stars if possible.
I tried multiple times to schedule for an estimate on a big project. Gave my name and info to multiple people who were supposed to have someone call me back plus registered online to schedule for an estimate. After 2 weeks I get an email and the person requested me to send them plat map, pics, and designs for what I wanted done which I did. I never did get an estimate or follow-up from them. Waste of my time and they don't deserve my money or a good review. Not a way to run a business. I gave them everything they needed and no response. Although they were dealing with the covid shortage in material. The work crew did the best they could to finish the project near the scheduled date. Great craftsmanship and they listened to input from the customer. Would highly recommend them for your project.

I hired Outdoor F/X after a recommendation from my builder. They installed a beautiful pool, stamped concrete pool deck, and a privacy fence at my new home. Rob the salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Since I’d never had a pool before, he walked me through the basics, and explained the difference between liner, fiberglass, and concrete pools, along with the pros and cons of each. Throughout the construction phase, I met with the pool installer Nate and concrete subcontractor Paul to help tailor the choices and options to my preferences. They were extremely helpful in listening to what I wanted, while tempering some of my ideas with their vast experience of what works successfully and what does not. Once the project was complete, several members of their team came out to put me through “pool school” training to familiarize me on pool maintenance. After that, Jeremy came out to my house every single day for a week and a half to help clean my pool and get it up and running.
No construction project is without its challenges or complications, but what make the difference is how they are handled. Our biggest challenge on this build was dealing with supply and material shortages due to the corona virus pandemic. While we did have a couple of setbacks due to vendor supply chain issues, once they were resolved Outdoor F/X worked extremely hard and miraculously still managed to finish on time!!
Overall, they are an excellent local company that build an outstanding product. I will not hesitate to hire them again; in fact, I’m already planning on having them expand my outdoor living area next spring. That’s guys for an awesome pool setup!!!response / report this review -

We are so happy with our new patio! Lucas was fantastic to work with, from planning clear through completion of our project, maintaining constant oversight of the project and communication with us. The quality of work and attention to detail is truly outstanding!

a very unimpressive salesman came to the house to take the measurements and go through the catalog and things with us. He seemed very unmotivated to do anything other than provide estimates for different fence installations. This makes sense as he also works for Elite Fence and was quick to push there products on us after it was explained that the fence was the least priority for us. He said that it would take a week to receive the estimate for the concrete work and deck plans. In the past month and a half we have called the salesman directly twice only to hear excuses about the company being so backed up that an estimate couldn’t be generated but that he’d get it to us in a few days. Needless to say, we haven’t gotten an estimate and are committing to another company to get the work done for us. I don’t like to go by the impression of a poor salesman to evaluate a company, but this is who you sent out to represent you. Its unfortunate that it couldn’t work out for Outdoor FX, Elite Fence, myself and whoever else looses in these types of situations. As a homeowner looking for honest work and promises kept, I cannot vouch for a company that can’t live up to the expectation of providing the estimate that they say they will. After speaking with the owner I am somewhat understanding that he is very displeased with this outcome and offered the I contact him directly in the event that my current contract falls through. In that event I would give them another opportunity based on the true sincerity.

Don't recommend outdoor FX at all. We recently had ours with them.they cheated us in the middle of the installation and demanded more money. They acknowledged the mistake though since caught them but were adamant on not fixing it since it was out of budget. They are terrible. They also acknowledge that they are expensive than others and won't match or lower the price.

Lucas and Outdoor FX did a great job on my patio. I have already hired them for another job. They are fast, responsive and professional. There fence company Elite fencing is very good as well.

This is company is what you want when taking on a project. They take ownership, demand perfection and set and deliver on expectations. The work is great, the designs are great and Bryan is awesome to work with.

I hired Outdoor FX to remove my old patio and install a new paver patio, fire pit, & pergola. The Outdoor FX team did a tremendous job throughout my entire experience. The sales team was not pushy. Instead they were consultative and knowledgeable allowing for me to make an informed decision. The installation team was on point. They cleaned up after themselves every day, worked consistently till the job was done, and showed professionalism throughout the entire installation process. Post install, the team has been there to wrap up any outstanding items and answer any questions I may have. A+ I highly recommend Outdoor FX!

Class act, with amazing outcomes. The owner came out and showed us all our options for our deck redo. Took his time showing us exactly what would be done. I have seen several of this company's finished jobs and am always amazed at how beautiful they are. Even though our project wasn't nearly as grand or large scale as some of these pics we never felt like we were on the back burner. We will definately be return customers for years to come.
