Very nice hotel. Will definitely be going back in the future. I wish the pool was deeper but the patio is relaxing and I like how they had a fire pit lit every night and lots of chairs with lights outside, the bed was SO comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was nice, and the night staff was friendly. Me, my fiance, & son had a great time.

The room was clean and very nice. The staff was very helpful even late into the night when we had trouble locating the tv remote. The price for the room was decent as well and I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Great location (walking distance to Jet Express) and very friendly staff. The desk allowed my husband and I to check in several hours earlier than we anticipated! There is also a nice music venue onsite. The only complaint is the mattress was really hard- otherwise experience is worthy of a five star review

Easy check in. Friendly Staff. Comfy Bed.

Needs a little work, dated. Paint peeling, couple water spots on ceiling. Easily hear your neighbors.

Great location. Lake Erie was visible from our room. Very clean. Newly remodeled. New beds. Jet boat ferry across the street. 7 miles from the auto and passenger ferry.

Great place to stay! The people are really nice. A good view of Lake Erie. The lake is across the street. Along with a nice park. The rooms are clean and the bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Service was friendly. Overall atmosphere of hotel was just so-so. We were in the building detached from the "inn" and was more like a motel.

Water was cold. We could not use the Jacuzzi tub because of this. I asked hotel staff to please only charge me for the room rate that does not include a Jacuzzi since I could not use the amenity I had paid extra for. Staff would not accommodate this request and manager never followed up from my message.
