OTTO ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS NORTH AMERICA IS AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY!
I am a private consumer of Otto. I have several of the Otto MSD45E Gray Edge Heavy-Duty Rollout 45 Gallon Carts.

It is the only size my town sanitation department will allow.
After an issue finding more of these carts locally, I was connected to the company directly. After a few correspondences, the President and CEO reached out to me personally.

He was truly interested in my consumer satisfaction. It really says a lot about his dedication to customer service underscored by his commitment to excellence.

True leaders are hands-on and lead by example. As today's shopping has gone online it is often hard to get that personalized service we all crave. It is truly refreshing in these tough times where consumers feel abandoned and forced to online shopping to have a company so truly dedicated to customer service. This is absolutely the result of amazing leadership by Otto’s CEO.

I was so impressed with their product and the customer service, I have personally started a campaign in my town to switch to Otto exclusively and purchase these roll-out carts for the entire community. Also, I believe in this organization and this product so much, I have highly recommended them to several of my other municipal clients.

Told to come in early to load (1150am) and that freight was ready.sat till about 2pm-ish before i got loadedbut they load 1 truck at a time.and move like pond water.
