Very accommodating. Appointment times were prompt and easy to schedule. Staff was very friendly, understanding, and very professional.

Very unprofessional staff working in this place! I was told I had 3 min to say my good bye to my love one. And once I went up to the cascade the staff lady said my time was up. Very loud and disrespectful to my family!

im very upset due to tryin to get in contact with tom hanneken operations manager!! ive been leaving messages with phone operator ady and no call back from him!! it urges me to speak to him about how poorly my loved ones wake was conducted!! conducted poorly meaning person in charge was screaming and cursing at the family !!! situation was out of control n poorly managed by the lady in charge!! if they are not trained properly why are u working there??

Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy. The staff at Osceola Memory Gardens were professional, sympathetic, and thought of every last detail, letting the family breathe a sigh of relief.
