  Having contracted Covid while traveling I experienced a nasty cough. AFC Urgent Care was close to where we were visiting. The facility was easy to reach, clean, and not crowded. Every staff person I had contact with was friendly and offered help. The nurse practitioner was clear to understand and offered advice in a professional manner. A week later I received a follow up call to check on my health. Would definitely recommend this urgent care facility!

  Made an appointment for 2:15 and it’s 3:30 and we haven’t been seen! That’s after making the appointment at 11am online because I didn’t want to wait in there during peak flu season. I should have gone at 11 and put our name in. Useless to make an appointment online. This has happened to us before here… made an appointment and then sit in an exam room for an hour waiting. Annoying. Will be trying the one near the coastal kids office for the future… have had better luck there. Care we received at AFC has always been good but wait time management is a huge issue.

  I had pain in my left-hand wrist, so I visited this place. Kurt was very friendly, and he did an x-ray for me. Jay was kind and patient and helped me throughout the visit. Richard, the provider, listened to me and helped so much. I love this place and wish every doctor's office was like it. As this is walk-in urgent care, it is busy sometimes, but the staff always updates you on the wait time. I have been to other walk-in urgent cares, and they never update me with wait times and reasons. AFC Urgent care has a caring and loving staff. Always recommend

  Become very familiar with this waiting lobby… I had a 12:00 appointment scheduled and I arrived early. I have yet to be seen and it’s currently 1:22 PM. The office is terribly managed and no one shows any since of urgency. I could complete 4 years of medical school before I’m seen here.

  I have been a few times at this location, my husband took my son tonight for his injury because
  He broke his finger at home while playing.. My husband told me he was very pleased with the service, I also have a great experience in the past with location.. I’m so happy to have this urgent care close to my home at Ladera ranch.. Thank you so much to for your services, doctors, nurses and front desk for their service..
