Dr. Henning saw my husband for his foot. He was wonderful. After he received his injection he has been pain free. He has a wonderful bedside manner and took really great care of my husband.

Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, x-ray, and doctor were all courteous, friendly, & helpful.

I was at an orthopedic in a different state a moth before and had a horrible experience, so I was extremely pleased with the service at OSMO!

When I arrived and checked in at the desk, it was only a few minutes before I was taken back to my room. My nurse was thorough and ensured all of my concerns were noted before going to x-ray. At x-ray, my technician not only did the standard positioning, the technician also had me adjust a little different to accommodate the injury and still get a better angle. My doctor not only came in as a professional, he LISTENED to what I had to say about the injury and symptoms.

I will recommend OSMO to anyone!!!

The office staff has always been nice. The doctor has been great at getting me in and taking care of my injury and explaining everything to me. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is one of the x-ray techs. One was great, the other not so nice either time, plus did not ask certain questions that every x-ray tech has asked and I believe is supposed to ask females.

Horrible service and only the people that take the xray are nice the nurses and front desk people are VERY rude. We waited two and half hours just to be seen by a rude doctor that didn't want to really look my daughter over he didn't even tell me what was going on with her he told the nurse and I over heard him. Went today and waited almost 2hrs same ball game rude nurses and doctor didn't care if we had to go to work still took their time after we got back to the room and all he was doing this time was reading my 3yr Olds MRI results and letting me know ugh will NOT be back!!!!!

Actually I thought it was a great place to go and I have had work done there and was so pleased that when my daughter was hurt, I insisted she go there too but since her problem with them, I would not recommend them to anyone. She has a broken foot. She finally was able to get an appointment with them. Then they cancelled her appointment. Finally after two of their cancellations with her, she was able to see the doctor. He never took an xray to see what the problem was but she did have her own set of xrays and he looked at those. Still though her xrays were taken over 2 months before he saw her. Then she has another appointment with him and he cancelled her again. I know he had a situation but still he should have someone that was able to help her. Here it is getting close to March and nothing has been done about her foot. The nurse there insisted the doctor she was suppose to see is the one she needs to see and not the others.
I feel they do not care about her or her needs and surely there is someone else there that would be able to help her. I will never recommend someone to go there ever again and I am so sorry I had her to go. My daughter works 2 jobs and has not been able to go to one of them since November. What a shame she is going to have to go out of town to get help.
