This place was awesome. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant really know what customer service is. I am not an outdoor type but my wife and I will go back here just for a weekend because of the staff. Thanks for everything and my daughters wedding turned out great here.

Well besides the ants, veiled threats for beloved towels and late night partying it was an ok place. Laying down and looking at the ceiling I thought I was on LSD or something, weird wavy contours left you wonder how long the roof might stay in place. Perfect location for a slasher/kids camp movie. Fairly inexpensive, so if you need to crash for the night it will work. Oh did I forget to mention that the beds have more "swayback" than a 20 year old rented mule? Jeff

Went there for dinner and got the steak. The steak was medium like I ordered but was slightly bland on flavor. Overall the food was good and the staff was friendly

First, let me just say that there just aren't a lot of choices as to where one can stay in Stockton, Mo. This is probably your best option overall. The room was clean but very dated. The room was a good size, but it had the smallest TV I've seen in years (and no cable or satellite) . Staff was friendly. Overall it seemed overpriced and underwhelming. No view of the lake from my room. More like a Motel 6 than a resort.

While the food is pretty good, the service is horrible! I like to give places multiple chances before leaving a bad review but this place never fails to disappoint. The last time, our server never came back after bringing our food. We had to ask another employee to track her down so she could bring our check. She still never came back! A manager finally brought our check but no one came to charge our credit card. We eventually just put in cash, which unfortunately left a really Large tip, just so we could leave! Who knows how long that money sat there before anyone even noticed we had left?! This is just one of the many bad service experiences I've had there, this was definitely the worst. Get your act together Orleans trails and you might have a half decent restaurant!

Just plain old great people at a great lake. The restaurant/bar actually has great food too. Make sure to get a drink from Chey (pron. 'shy'). She knows a million of them and will take great care of you.

Great little restaurant at the Orleans Trail Marina. Large meals for a spectacular price. The inside booth seating is still dark and old-fashioned, but the new porch and bar renovations are a perfect way to overlook the lake over a good beer and great meal. Food ranges from classic American to healthy newer options. Perfect for families and groups of friends. Don't miss the margaritas.
