  I have tried to call LRS several times now to try and make a payment.. They NEVER answer and NEVER return the call and the website I cannot make an account says wrong information. I even sent them a message they NEVER responded to it either I guess I need to go to the place and if unable to get help I will just not pay the bill I guess!

  This company is now LRS REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE caution on using this company . They will never answer the phone . They changed systems and left everyone hanging 2 weeks with out service then charged for services not rendered!! Super shady company now !!

  If I could get 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trash and cardboard are rarely picked up on the scheduled days.

  Website doesn't work, won't pick up the phone, won't send me a bill in the mail. I'm really just not sure how they expect me to pay them. Please answer the phone!

  Called to set up my services because my address could not be found online due to it being new construction. The lady that assisted me completely disregarded my questions about getting the same promotion that was offered online. She guessed on how to spell my last name when she could have just asked. Poor customer service. You think they’d be nicer to new customers.
