Terrible, they typically have two trucks come and get both the trash and recyclables. Now, going on 4 weeks they have not picked up the recyclables and that barrel is jam-packed. I am close to having to give in and fill the trash barrel to the top with recyclables!

Ive been using their services a few years now and I can say they are great.
I dont know what these other Karens are complaining about. Have you ever used some of them other companies..

Had weekly pick-up service. They were inconsistent and randomly didn't pick up trash, although employees were pleasant. Also, would add excessive extra charges amounting to a full month for an extra box or 2. I'd look elsewhere.
