They have nice mood lighting, but they also created false claims of election fraud to destabilize the democratically elected president of Bolivia. It's a toss up.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible atmosphere. Directly responsible for the ousting of Evo Morales from his democratically elected position. No snacks either. Would not go back.

This was a beautiful venue to attend a formal event at. The building was constructed around 100 years ago with funding from Carnegie. There were lots of interesting busts, and beautiful stone architecture throughout.

Globalists' institution to control the whole America continent. This organization runs by the oligarchy and not representing the true people's concerns.

Well, yesterday we heard the name of this organization for the first time on TV here in Brazil. They are trying to vilify brazilian cops that killed some bandits in Rio. Cops are our only hope against organized crime, we already have lots of NGOs that defend bandits, drug dealers, etc, we dont need more. So plz leave us alone.

Major acts of violence is happening in Venezuela perpetuated by the government to its people and you are doing NOTHING, the Government has issued a curfew to the entire Venezuelan population for tomorrow September 1st 2016 to avoid a massive display of in-satisfaction by the entire country, and you are doing NOTHING; the people are dying of hunger for lack of the "basic food" and not to mention medicine and you once again are doing NOTHING, we have lost count of all the political prisoners since the opposing movement started to voice their concerns and now the government issued a threat to removed all diplomatic immunity to all the representatives from the opposing side and yet you do NOTHING! so what good are you??? How many more innocent people needs to die? what else does it need to happen? Venezuela is obviously not a democracy anymore, tomorrow people will march putting their life in danger for their future and the future of their children I think its time to ACT! #SOSVENEZUELA
