  The doctor who did the procedure communicated well and explained everything thoroughly. The procedure went well. However, communication with the office wasn't good. They lacked follow up, took forever in requesting insurance approval (about 7 - 8 mos) because they never sent the first approval, was given misinformation that cost me money. I am still trying to get to the bottom of the situation. UPDATE: I just started to talk to the office manager or the finance manager. She has been extremely helpful.

  I had my top wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Goldwaser she did an amazing job. The entire staff of Oral Facial Reconstruction were kind, professional, and helpful. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others

  Amazing is putting it mildly! Great staff that treats every patient like royalty. First class doctors who are so professional.Jasmine and Jessica are the first to greet you are a breath of fresh air!

  I had 2 wisdom teeth surgically extracted by Dr. Payton. He is an excellent surgeon with a Midas touch! He skillfully extracted both teeth within a few minutes and no pain or even discomfort! I'm glad i followed his suggestion to extract both teeth at the same time! His clinical team is also great and helpful. My special thanks to Philip, his help and sincere empathy made a huge difference for me that day! Thank you again, Philip!
  I have already recommend dr. Payton to some of my my friends.

  My experience at Oral Facial Reconstruction and Implant Center was exceptional. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly. And my procedure, performed by Dr. Payton, was so much better than I could have expected.
  
  On the day of my procedure, I was taken in without delay. Once seated, the procedure was explained in detail by both the dental assistant and Dr. Payton, as well as post-op expectations. The procedure itself went by very quickly and I was amazed at how efficient the team was while having such amazing bedside manners. I was in and out of the office in short order and felt great about the entire experience. I had no complications, but just in case, Dr. Payton called me himself around 9:00 PM that night to check in on how I was feeling.
  
  I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I will come back confident that I am going to a team of highly-skilled, friendly and knowledgeable professionals and would recommend them to anyone.
