I like shopping there. The staff is very helpful, prices reasonable. They sell a large variety of 💇& 💇 products, make-up, clothing, bags, luggage & essential oils. Easy access from parking lot behind Greenbriar Mall.

Seriously an Asian woman followed me around from the time I entered the store until I left. There's no way in hell I would shop here again. Customer service is better at the headland location.

I was shopping at the B.M. store on Headlands and Greenbriar. The cashier was so unfriendly and spoke with such animosity, I looked her in the eye 3 times to try and understand why she gave no customer service at all. I hardly ever go to that loçation and now I will never return

Huge selection!! Sometimes they quickly run out of some of the trendier/popular items. Good staff, has security. Has wig station as well as other things like cosmetics and clothing/shoes

I am not pleased with this company at all. I went to this location on Thursday, October 20th, to purchase a wig for my sister and myself. I found one that I liked and asked the associate working the wig area if the wig was made from human hair (synthetic hair irritates my skin. As in leaves inflamed white patches in my scalp). She informed me that it was. The wig was no available in my color (1b) however it was available in a 2. She went to the back got the hair in the packaging and gave it to me. I purchased it and left. I got home and
opened the packaging and found out it is made from synthetic fiber. I called
store to see about a refund and was informed by a member of management as well as the general manager that even though the associate gave me the wrong information that they would not issue a refund for their merchandise. I will be seeking litigation. Customer service is not a priority of this company and they are willing to deal in false advertisement go make money. Go elsewhere for your beauty needs!!!

Unfortunately, I did not have a productive time at this location and I will never shop here again. At the time, a relative that I was shopping with was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was in need of a wig. The Asian clerk that was assigned to the wig department was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Not one time did she smile and behave in a way that was welcoming to a customer. Given our circumstance, her behavior made a difficult time even more challenging. I visited with manager after this incident and she stated that, "she was not surprised; we've heard this before." I've since written to the headquarters to report the maltreatment of its customer. I urge you to shop at a different location or choose another place to spend your money! Customers deserve to be respected at all times.!
