I had the hot wings and Bud Light. typically works well everywhere I go and this was no exception. Nice place, great food, cold beer, excellent service by Rebecca. I couldn't ask for any more. Thumbs up from me!!!!

Ugh, the staff is always great here, i just wish the food matched. The hot pepper balls taste like, baked potato and jarred, pickled jalapenos rolled up and fried. No seasoning, barely any cheese, just kinda blah. The Buffalo chicken melt.says its shredded chicken, alas its minced like catfood, slathered in franks, bits of blue cheese and "toasted". The fries and pickle slices were honestly the best part. Beer selection is also very nice.

I ordered a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. Tasted really good. It was the first time I had tasted a turkey burger. I was impressed. Tea was just right. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant and bathroom. Fair prices.

Good food and live music in the summer! Plus a ton of big screens to watch whatever sporting event one may want to see!!! Plus nice outdoor seating next to the live music!

Sat at bar tonight. Bar was maybe 1/3 full. 2 bartenders walked by empty drinks and dirty plates all night. Only way to get service was to loudly say "excuse me miss". They were nice but they really need to learn customer service. Bartenders need to make eye contact with customer at all times. Ask if you'd like another drink when it is 2/3 empty, clear plates when they have been pushed aside. I love this place and want to see it continue in it's tradition of good food and great service.

Came in right before closing time which I usually try not to do because I know the staff wants to go home, and even though it was late the staff was very friendly and helpful. Honestly made my day better being around such friendly people

Probably the best of the On Tap locations. I had good service, especially for a very busy night. Another member of our party had not so good service, but I think it was just a one time problem. The food was OK, nothing too special, but lots of variety.

Horrible first time experience at new location ! Will never go back ! Don't go with a large group.We were a party of 12 , 4 being children under the age of 6.Tried to make reservations . They don't take them . Was told to come early and get name in. Came in at 6:00 pm. Upon arrival we were told that we had a twenty five minute wait. The resturant wasn't that busy for a Wednesday evening. After an hour and fifteen minute wait we asked to talk to the manager .What a joke ! He told us that he was still waiting for one table , a party of 2 to leave before he could seat us .? Mind you that they had seated that table after we had been waiting. Needless to say that we walked out and On Tap lost at least a 200+ $ check and we ate our dinner at an establishment that appreciated our business .

Wouldn't even have given one star however the atmosphere was nice the first hour and we finally helped ourselves to some pop corn for my starving grandchildren.

Update on review:
I am taking the one star away that I had previously given.
Saw a friend at the establishment while we were waiting in line. She was seated right away being a party of only one.
She asked why we left
I was hoping that they were just having a bad evening that night however the manager proceed to lie to cover up his inability to run the resturant in a professional manner. Our friend was told that we were told that we had an hour wait and we requested the section that we wanted seated at. Both of these statements are outright lies !!!!
Shame on you . Fabricating the truth to cover up your failure to be a good manager.

This is always a pleasure to eat, drink, and have a great time at. Great food great service. Scott is an awesome mgr. Also just an fyi on the comment about the tasting of fries a day later. Fries never taste good the second heating around.
