Firehouse Grill is great! Lots of choices on the menu and a large draft beer list. The food has always been well prepared and the servers are attentive. In the summer, the patio is delightful. The inside has a couple of large rooms. The main room resembles a beer hall, high ceilings, large bar with seating around it in the center of the room. Kind of noisy during the dinner hours. Even though there is a large parking lot, often it's necessary to park on the side street, but don't be discouraged, it's a large restaurant bigger than it appears from the street.

We've visited this establishment several times because it's convenient for us. I haven't written a review because I honestly don't like leaving negative reviews. It's never been a horrible experience, but never outstanding either Mediocre at best service wise, but the food is always good so we continue to go. However we went in tonight and had a much different experience. The food was good as it always is but the service was stellar. Donna served us tonight and she was wonderful. Never waited on a thing and never even had to ask for anything. She anticipated every need before we needed it. She was pleasant, attentive, and kind and really made us feel at home there. They weren't terribly busy tonight but she seemed to constantly keep herself busy doing little odd jobs around the restaurant while several other servers just stood around chatting. This evening was most definitely the best experience we've had at Firehouse period, and really the best service we've received anywhere in quite a while. Seems like something is changing there and it's for the better!!! Kudos to the Firehouse Grill for the improvement and to Donna for the outstanding service!!

Overall the experience was better than good. They were a little slow but made up for it a free appetizer. We didn't even ask for it. Hosts were really friendly so you get a good first impression. The food was very good. I would absolutely recommend it and will go back soon.

Huge selection of craft & national beers. Good food moderate priced. I love the chicken salad croissant with sweet potato fries. Hubby like several entries.

I had reserved the private room for a 50th birthday dinner . When I arrived a half hour before the dinner begun to decorate i was told that someone called an canceled the reservation. Not true. I was very upset. Unfortunately we were still unable to get a private room but we were able to get 3 long tables together in an area off to the side. Turned out to be not so bad. The manager did make up for the inconvenience with several delicious appetizers for all 3 tables. The birthday girl was surprised. The night was successful after all was said and done. The food was yummy. Everyone was happy . I will visit again for dinner next time I'm in town.

We had a party of 6 and were seated at a small booth. We asked for a bigger booth and were moved; however, they didn't seem to remember we ordered an appetizer. The new server did not show up for some time. We ordered but had to remind the server to give us napkins and silverware. Although i.had the salmon BLT before, this time it was dry.

Plenty of beer options and an extensive menu in a pleasant setting with speedy friendly service. The bar is well situated in the room and can accommodate a lot of people. There's a huge patio to the side of the building if you like to eat outside.

Never order here again. Ordered a buff chix wrap for lunch and after driving 20 minutes to pick it up got back to office and it was wrong. It was just chicken and cheese in tortilla with no buffalo sauce, not sure how you forget the "key ingredient." When I called them to let them know, they told me I could come back and pick up a side of sauce. No offer to "remake" my order the correct way. Won't be back.

Awesome beer selection, the food is great with a huge menu and is affordable, and the restaurant is huge. The atmosphere is great and there is a wonderful outside patio to sit in as well.

Excellent Draft Beer selection. I do like their Mile High Meatloaf. Their chili was passable and so was the Chicken Enchalada soup but nothing to get excited about. Revisit 4/20/17: The New York strip steak was very good. Good asparagus and also broccoli. The Key Lime pie was presented excellently and was very good. See pic.5/1/17:. Excellent fish and chips.

Nice draft beer selection. Fairly large patio. It's on the west side so it can get really hot.

Held an event with them in January for a party of 40 on a Sunday night. The evening started off on the wrong foot with a sour smelling room. The management quickly moved us to another party room which was awesome, but it wasn't as cozy or as nicely prepared as the other room (the issue in the room should have been seen by management, it was a leak in the roof that had grown mold and smelled horrible).

When we got to the next room we were happily say and enjoyed the night. however there was only one server for 40 of us ordering off a limited menu. It took a long time to get drink refills, and alcohol, which limited the restaurant ability to make money off us (we have people in the party that would have drank 3X as many as they did if given the opportunity).

The food came out in a reasonable time, and it was hot and consistent. I would come back again with a group of 4, but i do not think I would book this place again for a large event.

Beer selection is a 4.25. Food is a 3.5 for this type of restaurant. But I keep coming back in spring and summer because it was one of the nicer patios in Cincinnati. Service is friendly. Lots of room at the restaurant. This is the place I've been going to try new beers from the area and have some decent appetisers. Food isn't killer, but it doesn't need to be.
