I have been to both locations and food is very consistent in both. I love their chicken pad Thai! Also the Basil chicken lunch special with side of pad Thai is a delight! For ambiance and sit down dining I prefer Barkley location but I regularly order take out from Sehome location and food I'd delicious!

Great food! Staff does forget parts of our order a lot though. We either don't get it and get billed, or they don't remember at all. But, this is my favorite place to get Pad Thai hands down!

We were here on fathers day with my mom, girlfriend, and father. We all love Tia food however my mother can not have high spice foods with her heart meds, she loves all the ingredients in the drunken noodle dish. The kitchen refused to remove the chili sauce because "it would not be drunken noodles then" this is ridiculous. Where is the customer services?
We paid for our drinks and left. When we go to the other location, they will not add the chili sauce when requested. Thus was purely a sad sad power play from the cook in the back. Never going back to these restaurants every again.
The server was apologetic and understood. This was not the servers fault it was the kitchens. If the cooks act like this, I can't trust them to keep the food safe and not get me sick.response / report this review -

Wonderful food and a classy, relaxed atmosphere. Our family goes here for many special occasions (& sometimes just for fun) and we appreciate the excellent service also!

On Rice delivers a consistently amazing offering. I freely admit I always order their Pad Se Ew (It's that good) but my nibbling of other dishes never disappoints. The service is generally prompt, with no mistakes ever, and the facility is quite comfortable and thematic. Can always recommend!

Sub-par. This is the worst of the On Rice locations in town. My best experiences have been Friday & Saturday evenings. Mid week gets you food that seems like it has been sitting around. Also, add a star of spice to what you're used tothey are conservative.
The Samish location is always better and cheaper despite being the same restaurant and menu. Go there first if possible, or even better, somewhere else entirely.response / report this review -

Ive ordered take out several times and the food has been solid every time. I order pad Thai with curry and fresh spring rolls and It always tastes amazing. Quick ready times and quality food, that's all I ask for and that's what I get here.

Some of the best food I can remember. My wife and I became instant fans upon our first visit. It's something we look forward to anytime we deserve a treat. Plus, I'm a big eater, yet always leave with leftovers. Damn good eats.
