  They have excellent customer service. They answer all the inquires I made in a professional matter. They would go further and offer any benefits I was not aware of. Their rate are the lowest I have found in the market. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

  They have excellent customer service, I can always get help when I need it. I'm a student and they worked really hard to get me affordable insurance with full coverage. Absolutely love my experience with them would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

  The person they sent out to get pictures and inspect the property mistook seamless gutters for missing roof tiles. I don't even know how that's possible. So they dropped my insurance right before I closed in my home. When I tried to reach the agent I worked with, he ghosted me and transfered it to someone else to tell me they were dropping me. The lack of competence and professionalism is just stunning.

  They deserve 100 and unlimited ⭐️s! I recently moved to SE Georgia and Georgina was patient and great at getting me home insurance. We did had a small tiny hiccup. but no biggie things happen.I alerted her about it and she was on it Pronto. Later I reached out about car insurance because obviously from FL to GA I needed to change. I reached out again and Sam was top notch. Everything was explained 101. He explained the requirements FL vs GA. And that help me understand the different state rules. Sam even call me back as a courtesy to remind ME to cancel the existed insurance. So far so good. Both agents were helpful and super amazing,answered all my 101 questions!!

  So glad I shopped around for insurance. I was with GEICO for over 30 years and definitely was in my comfort zone but knew I needed to make some changes. Allstate offered the same package at half the price.
  The Marilyn Todd agency was great at expediting my policies and very accommodating.
  If I knew it was this easy I would have changed a long time ago and saved a lot of money.
