The people were very helpful, dumpster was a good price and available at once. Delivery and pickup arranged at my convenience, dumpster placed where I wanted it.

I screwed up and wasn't home when it arrived, and driver called me and waited for me to get home.

If they can't answer the phone, they always call back very quickly.

Had a great experience with On Demand, our backyard is really tricky when it comes to dropping a dumpster but Jerry was able to complete the task with no issues.

Like so many others in the Lansing area our basement flooded in the recent monsoons of 2021. I called On Demand in a panic to order a dumpster for all of the flooring, drywall and other debris we needed to dispose of ASAP. They could not have been any more rapid in their response (it arrived within 30 mins) and great to work with. We've since ordered another 10 yard dumpster with exactly the same high quality of customer service and response. On Demand Dumpsters is an excellent small business that we love to support and will be offering referrals to anyone and everyone who asks.
